Dear Bob, thanks for a great training class.  I learned much more than I anticipated and in fact have already saved more than $60,000.00 in circuit boards that would have been scrapped previously.  Not bad for a $1,500.00 investment in training!

 I would like to take a moment and thank you and your organization for providing me with one of the most valuable and useful training courses in which I have ever participated. I attended the IPC 7711/7721 training class held in Greenville, SC from 1/26/09 - 1/30/09. Our instructor/facilitator was Mr. Angel Deluna. Mr. Deluna demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, and provided outstanding guidance throughout the duration of the course. His knowledge and skills combined with top of the line training guides, tools, and equipment made this training class a complete success. My first day back at work in the Advanced Concepts Development Lab at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia involved tasks that required skills acquired from the training provided by Mr. Deluna and your training course. These tasks were able to be completed in a timely and accurate manner which saved our lab and ultimately the United States Navy both time and funds.
Mr. Deluna should be commended for the work he did during the training course. His efforts, knowledge, skill, and attitude reflect highly on the organization he works for. Both he and this course have my highest recommendations.

I want to take this time to say how pleased everyone was with the week of training (inclusive of the students, production manager who attended a portion, my trainers, and myself).

Angel is a fantastic trainer!  His expertise, patience, and dedication to the students was more than I could have asked for.  I did get Level I evaluations from the students and all of the comments were positive.  I will share them with you when I see you tomorrow.

Bob, I also want to take the time to say how pleased I was with working with Robbie, as well as Ruffin.  Robbie did a great job initially at explaining how we could benefit from your organization.  In addition, they (Robbie and Ruffin) made the planning for this training go very smoothly and followed-up to ensure we had a positive experience throughout the planning and training.

I had my first IPC training course with Circuit Technology about 5 years ago. Since then, I was in technical sales and travelled to major circuit board manufacturers all around the country and have yet to find a training center to match the skill and professionalism of Circuit Technology. I have been working with a medium scale Contract Manufacture in North Carolina for about a year now and have been certified/ recertified as an instructor in IPC 610, 7711/7721 and J-STD-001. There isn’t a training center I have found to match the caliber of instruction to match these guys and would highly recommend them for any of your training needs as our company uses this center for ALL of our training needs.

This letter is to let you know how pleased we are with the training services that a provided by Circuit Technology. They have done numerous training sessions for us. We did a three-day session with them in July of 2000. My group came back excited and there was a marked improved in their soldering skills. Buck Smith also came up at our request and did a one-day session on solder and inspection for us. There was a marked improved in our quality. Bob Doetzer also came up and did a one-day session on solder paste, solder and flux which helped us learn more about that process. These are just a few of the things that they do for us and we feel very pleased to have their expertise.

I received training at Circuit Technologies for the IPC-A-610 certification, receiving my certificate. The class training was very complete. Buck, the Master trainer made the course interesting , conducting himself very well. He not only worked with us as a group, but also on an individual basis if it was needed.  His expertise in the field was a strong point of the course.
